Rohit

Meet Rohit, the heart behind Kushiyogalaya.
With a PG Diploma in Yoga and an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yoga Alliance International, Rohit brings both knowledge and passion to every session. He is a Certified Level-2 and Level-3 Yoga Teacher from the Yoga Certification Board (
Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH) and is also a qualified Nutrition Coach.

With years of experience guiding students, Rohit is dedicated to helping people restore balance in body and mind. Whether online or offline, his students describe him as the best instructor you’ll find—someone who combines deep expertise with genuine care for well-being.

Komal Shinde

We are delighted to introduce Mrs. Komal Rohit, a passionate educator and yoga professional. She is a B.Com graduate, holds a Diploma in Montessori Training, and has completed D.El.Ed under a government initiative.

Mrs. Komal is a Certified Yoga Therapist from the Ministry of Ayush, a YCB Level 2 certified teacher, trained under SVYASA, and also certified by the World Yoga Federation. Along with this, she is a qualified Nutritionist.

With over 9 years of experience as a teacher in a renowned school, she has been conducting Yoga sessions for children, adults, and senior citizens. Her specialized expertise lies in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Lifestyle Coaching, and Nutrition.

She strongly believes in nurturing discipline, holistic well-being, and happiness through Yoga and education.
