1.Be Regular and Punctual. This will help in your progress and brings Self Discipline.


2.It is very important to Practice yoga always on a mat to avoid injuries and also the mat gives better traction.


3.Avoid using mobile in-between sessions unless it is an emergency and make sure to stay away from distraction or any other interaction with others while practicing.


4.The trainer makes an effort to explain all the postures in detail with demonstration wherever needed and ensure you are paying close attention during the explanation.


5.All doubts, questions, complaints, suggestions can be discussed at appropriate timing before or after the session.


6.Yoga practice helps develop the body and mind bringing a lot of health benefits yet is not a substitute for medicine and when you have a serious medical condition it is always better to consult your doctor before you embark on any Yoga program.


7.Course fee paid will not be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.

Please pay the fee within the 6th of every month or your billing date (The joining date will be the billing date).
